Charles N. Stolper is President and CEO. An investment banker by training, Charlie has been involved with start–ups, venture capital and entrepreneurs since 1992. Charlie has been CFO of two start–ups, a biotech incubator, Genesis Pharmaceuticals, Inc. and an international medical services provider, WorldCare Ltd. Charlie has also been acting CFO of a $40 million business in the home services business. Charlie has extensive mergers & acquisitions experience and is a professional dealmaker. He is a Baker Scholar graduate of Harvard Business School in 1979 and an honors graduate of Wesleyan University.
Bhupinder (Bob) Ghoman, the founder of Azura Technologies, has over twelve years of experience in selling enterprise security systems. Prior to starting Azura, Bob was Director of US sales for AEP Inc., an Irish company that introduced an SSL acceleration product to the US market. Bob focused on the major OEM manufacturers from Dell to IBM. He had early market adopters such as JP Morgan, Raytheon, Microsoft and government resellers such as GTSI. Prior to AEP, Bob was at F–Secure, a European based anti–virus software company. Bob sold in the North East and had many successes with the Hartford Insurance, EMC and several large healthcare providers. Bob had also worked for a VPN start up in the late 90’s. He had started his career in the security technologies space working for Avnet Inc. in the mid 90’s and was successful in putting together a multi-million dollar contract with Nortel Networks and selling into many VPN and security Hardware Manufactures such as Xylan (later Alcatel), and ArrowPoint (later bought by Cisco). Bob attended Bishops University in Quebec Canada and later the University of South Carolina.
Rami Safadi is Vice President and CTO. Rami has over twenty years experience designing enterprise software systems. Currently, Rami heads a software consulting company that procures, manages, and delivers global software projects. Most recently, the Brazilian Alien Registration Card, delivered to the government of Brazil, and various natural language processing projects delivered to the US government. Prior to that, he held the position of CTO and Senior VP of engineering at Cymfony, Inc., a natural language processing company. Rami also founded UltiVerse Technologies in 1997, where he led the development of award–winning enterprise software products that leveraged the convergence of Internet, wireless, telecom, and personal computing technologies to increase professional productivity and accessibility. His vision for UltiVerse was the basis for the winning business plan of the first Harvard Business School Annual Business Plan Contest. Prior to that, Rami was a founder, CTO and VP of Engineering for an international telecom services startup where he was credited with designing and leading the development of software solutions that launched the company to multi–million dollar revenues in 18 months. He also brings considerable experience in managing distributed and offshore development teams. Rami earned a B.S.E from the University of Pennsylvania and a Ph.D. in engineering from the University of Massachusetts with emphasis on systems theory and optimization, mathematical modeling and statistics.
